我方认同北水国际公司或其员工不对此订单中包含之程序、文档的准确性、完整性、及有用性进行过任何保证、暗示，或法律方面的责任保证。我方认同对于购买的产品，每台电脑只能注册一个许可。我方同意不将程序以任何形式，在任何时间，转给多于购买数量的人数。我方认同，非经北水国际书面同意，不在自身单位之外的范围内发行任何原版或修改过的程序。
